You know what makes a really bad password? One that other people know, like any of those that other people give you.

the safest passwords are made up words with a mixture of capitals, numbers and symbols but you probably wont remember it. Just use Password123

"Incorrect" as if you get it wrong every computer on the planet will tell it you by saying "Your Password is Incorrect"

Your first name, then middle name (if you have no middle name a siblings name) and then the year if your birth. I.E lucyrose1997

You need to to figure out and do not tell.
Difficult passwords you can make with combination with numbers and letters

A good password does not contain ANY personal info like: name, dob or interests.

Just choose something that contains capital letters, not capital letters and numbers and is of a decent length.

Jk44AcF09 is a good random password, but hard to remember. So write it down somewhere like in your phone. (somewhere where other can't easily get to)

Do your wifi password! Then if you forget just go check

Passwords need to be at least 16 to 20 characters made up of upper and lower
case letters mixed in with numbers.

in today's world, passwords should be nothing less.

Learning 20 characters off by heart should be no problem, after all,
you learnt the alphabet off by heart when you were an infant!

Hackers are closer to home than you think they are.

They know you personally and all your habits and would have very
little trouble guessing your very weak passwords.

You'll need to come up with something yourself most of the things people have suggested are pretty good.

Once you come up with something slap into this website https://howsecureismypassword.net/ and it will give you rough estimate of how long it will take a computer to crack it.
