If my facebook account is private an I like a friends photo that is public.. Can anyone see that I've liked it? If you search for me, I cannot be found but I was wondering if this way, I will be?? :

your friends can see everything you like or comment on - there is no way to just turn that off
the only thing you can do is add people to your restricted list
