What do you think of people who don't put their own pic on facebook in profile picture? - "Prince" Charming - 08-27-2013 07:40 PM

BQ:Would you accept their friend request if you didn't know them in real life or will you find them suspicious?
BQ2Big Grino you think there is any harm in uploading your own picture on facebook?

facebook is a virtual world when you can be with your friend or meet new people so for me its ok to accept people who i don't know and actually i have a lot of friends from all over the world and our relation got stronger and they will visit me this summer Big Grin
about the profile pic , its good and bad , there is a lot of profiles with the same name but you can know the person from his pic and might someone else use your ou pic , to avoid that you just type your facebook link on your pics

that they are probably not good looking and also think about themselves that they arent good looking or ashamed of themselves
bq: hell naw, i never accept people who ive never met in real life
bq2: well not unless you make them public. But i guess there could be some harm though, "friends" can use it, photoshop it to a naked body and then post it online on porn lol. If it happened to me id be like well whatever, its not me anyway

I've done so many-a-times and many good friends I've known thorugh fb like Michaela Jasmine and one more I'm not mentioning here, and in fact 2 more from Pakistan. In fact, having a different name than your certificate name on fb or at other places is also a creative thing. I think people who do so in fear are wrong, but the ones who do it for their creative instinct have more cool minds.

BQ1: Yes most definitely. It's been my favourite activity since the time I started using fb and I've seen no harm in it.

BQ2: Unless you post a vulgar picture of yours, or yes there is a risk that some enemy can use your decent profile pic to create an account you've no control on; but then no place is 100% secure and you don't stop living life for that.
