I used an application to generate text that I want to put over a picture of mine. How can I do that, when there is no 'about me' section on twitter, which is used for codes? Do I have to use photobucket and do it all on there?

You need an image editing application like pastecopy.net.
It can also be done with windows default paint image editing application. Just insert text on image.
