Technically no its not bad. One the one hand you stole someone's identity by using their photo but if you're not using it to hurt people or bad things then you're ok

Yes. Nothing good will come out of it. Lies are the worst. Its just a really bad idea. And if u ever find someone u believe is of any importance they will neber know the real you or will never trust you completely. Its soooooo selfish to hurt people who give u thier time.

Would you be happy, if someone who looks like tom cruise or jenifer lopez in their facebook photos, you have been chating with, and when you finally are going to make a date, you realize, that its just a 90 years old, 200kg heavy ugly-face monkey? Yes, its bad, very bad!!! People must know what they are dating with!!! No photoshop boobs or biceps increase ether!!!
