Go to http://www.facebook.com and them click on "sign up" or "create a new account" then continue the following steps. A mobile phone number or an email address is essential for creating a new account.

Its easy dear .
Just go to http://www.facebook.com and you will see a form asking for your First Name ,Lat Name, Date Of Birth, password etc.
Just fill the form and sumbit.
Your account will be created but only more than 13 years old can register his/her account on facebook

If you want to create a new Facebook account you also have to create a new e-mail ID becuase if you register a new account with the e-mail ID you used in your previous account it will say that the e-mail ID has been already registered. So make a new Email-Id and then :
1.Go to http://www.facebook.com. If you have an existing account, make sure you are logged out first.
2.You will see a signup form:
Fill it out completely, make sure all the information is accurate, then click the Sign Up button.
3.Find your friends. Facebook will next ask you to search your various email accounts for friends. You are welcome to do this at this time, or click on Skip this step at the bottom, and continue with the sign-up process.
4. Fill in profile information. Step 2 of the sign-up process is filling out basic profile info: High school, college, and employer. Again, you may choose to fill this out, or skip this step.
5.Plug in your mug. Now's your chance to shine to the world! Upload a photo from your computer, or take a photo with your web cam. However you do it, Facebook will take it. Of course, like the other steps, you can choose to skip this as well.
6.Your new account is ready!
