Of course it's a scam
First of all Facebook DOES NOT have any award and never gives away money
Second, it's ILLEGAL for any company to ask you to pay to receive prize money
Third, it only cost $30 to do an international bank transfer, NOT $1200
Fourth, you really thing Bobby William James Fred is a real name?
Stop opening emails from people you don't know. There is no prize in the world that informs random people by email that they won
