No, no one sees your stuff. It slowly deletes your account.

No No One Does You Can ReActivate By Going On Settings ---> Security Activate BTW You Can't See You're Timeline If Its UnActive

Relax... :-)
No one will be able to post anything on your timeline INCLUDING you, unless you reactivate it by Logging In again.
When you deactivate you will be a sort off invisible to everyone and no one will be able to click on your name, visit your timeline or send you messages.
