Go to f.B.-creat a new account-fill ur name -email or ur phone no-passwor up to 6 digit -enter password again-sing up
1.If u enter email(gmail,yahoo etc.) u get a mail from f.B. And a link with u open it and confarm or u enter mob. U got a sms with link

Can you explain in more detail? I mean what problem you're having. If you're talking about how to make a Facebook account, then just go to facebook.com, fill out the details and click 'Sign up'.
