i was deleting profile pictures then i lost my current one...so i uploaded the same one but then the orginal one came back and now when i delete the other ones i lose the orginal again and i have to upload thaty same one i now have the orginal and two new ones and they wont go away without me losing the orginal one and having to upload a duplication

First delete original one and take some hour. Than upload new one.
