Ok, so this show has a Facebook game. I really liked the game and I'm trying to find it again but I can't remember what the show is. So, basically people traveled around the country, visiting families who don't have a house fit to their needs, and who have tough times recently. (i.e. A child has died, tornado destroyed their house so their living in a trailer now, etc.) And then they build a house for these people, free of charge. Can anybody tell me what the show is, or better yet, what the game is called?!

I think the show is called Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. I'm not sure of the game because I've never heard of it.
