I am really addicted to just sitting in front of the computer 24/7 (LITERALLY!) soooooooooooo, I need help! Please tell me how to get rid of this addiction. Thanks a truck load of fat cakes!

What everyone else has already said, working out. It is a great way to get you off your feet and get some exercise. If your not the physical type, just find a hobby where it gets you away from the computer. Go hang out with a friend and enjoy life...

Doing some other work like go to play Football with the friends and going on outing with your friends or start doing a job in any Restaurant.
