This P.O.S won't knock it off! He got on Facebook to threaten, insult, and harass me... Then he blocked me... I thought I wouldn't have to deal with it, until her unblocked me to harass me more and then I blocked him...
Isn't this illegal? Or at least against FaceBook's terms?

If he threatens you or harrases you then it is against Facebook rules. and the best thing to do is to block that person from Facebook and that way that person will no longer be able to reach you on facebook

Just block him. His post claims he didn't harass you. Take a screenshot of it and report it.

Remove him from your friend list.
Set your privacy to "Friends only"
Set "who can message me" to friends only
Limit Audience to previous posts
Keep a Spy on him when he unlblocks you, you Block him.
