Look in the privacy section of your browser for saved passwords, it might be in there.

if you are logged in, there is no way to just see what "your" password is
facebook does that on purpose to prevent people from stealing passwords when someone else leaves themselves logged in
but if "you" saved your password in your browser, it's easy to see what it is

Even if you forget password Don't worry.
When you are logging in, click on the 'forgot password' link and you will be guided through the process.
Facebook will send you an
'password reset' link to your primary email or send you a 'confirmation code' to your cell.
