you should be able to get it back if you check the original email you used

you cannot "Get" your password - you can only reset it
click on forgot password, enter your email, then check your email account for a password reset link they send you

Go to the sign in page, click on "I forgot my password"' and follow the prompts. By the way, your questions may be easier to understand if they were not typed like Yoda wrote them.

You can't get your old "forgotten" password back. You need to click on the "Forgot my password" link, and facebook will send you a link to reset your password to a new one you choose, in the email you registered your account with.
