I have this photo that i uploaded to replace a profile picture, but my old one is still the one on view. I asked my friends, and logged in to another account and saw that the new photo could be seen, but when i was on my account, it can't. I don't recieve any notifications for comments and such when my friends post on it. What's happening? They tried linking me the photo on chat, but it says its 'temporarily unavailable/may be expired/or i dont have permission.'

I think it is a Facebook glitch. Report your problem to Facebook.
