Does it just say, for example, "15m", then later on after you log on and off suddenly change to "3m" without ever showing you as online?

I don't think so. It will only record the time you send a particular person a message. But you better try it yourself using 2 different fb accounts in 2 different PCs.

If you Set Someone So They Wont See you Online They Wont See that you Are Online They Wont See the Time As Well So the 15m or the 3m They Wont see That
