We currently are trying to gain access to an account that is being run by a past employee who changed all the log in information and is refusing to hand over the account to us. I did the "report" to facebook link on the account but i was wondering if there is a way to do a more detailed report to facebook where they will give us the information?

there is a little gear icon next to like or message on everyone's page. Click it and it should let you report it as stolen or hacked. There is also on your own page a report a problem option in the help center.
