To delete messages on Facebook mobile, you will need to open 'messages', click on the person's name you want to delete conversation with. then click on 'choose actions' and choose the delete option(for deleting entire conversation) or delete selected (for selected massages you want to delete) then click on apply button. After that click on the delete button again to confirm.
