I saw that recent feature in groups where you can see who and how many people have "seen" a photo...is that feature only for groups or does it also work on regular photos uploaded to my timeline? I've been looking for it but I cant seem to find it...Thanks!

No, you cannot see who looks at facebook photo's, it's only for groups.
