Hi me n my girl got into a fight n she says she deactivated her twitter but when i go press follow on her it says im blocked n she says she dk why it says that so does this mean im blocked or that happens when deactivated?

If she deactivated her account, then her account wont available when you search her using her username. otherwise she blocked you.
