Somebody wanted me to search them on Instagram and they have me their username and I searched them and it said no users found. They tried to search me too and it said no users found again. What's the deal. ??

If one of you recently made your account, it might take a little bit of refreshing for their name to actually show up. Try deleting the app and downloading it again or make sure your wifi is fully connected.
