If an account is not used for very long time it becomes invisible. However you can send email to facebook company to block the account. They will ask certain questions and I hope you will answer them if that account is indeed yours.

if you cant even remember your own email then there is nothing you can do about it
if what you wanted to do was possible then anyone could just have anyone else's profile deleted for no reason, and surely you can see the problem with that
