I am getting tons of stuff in my newsfeed from people or organizations I do not know ,some of it in foreign languages.
I've tried to block them in privacy settings but facebook says"no results found"
How do I delete the messages & how do I stop more from coming ?
I'm a new facebook user & none of this stuff is from my friends.

The best thing you can do for yourself is completely delete your Facebook account. It's the best thing for you and humanity.

Go to settings and only allow friends to post on your face book
