First go to Facebook and then enter your email address and Facebook password.

You can sign in to your account by entering your Id and password, have you forgot your password !! than reset your password again.

nothing will go wrong if you delete you history. i think you forgot how to sign in or you forgot your email and password.
go to : http://www.facebook.com
enter email id(username) and password

Just enter in the email and password but if you forgot the email and password, just click "forgot your password?" button.
