Change the password in yahoo by using the alternate email address you provided to yahoo
Then change the yahoo password so you can get to your yahoo mail account and then change the facebook password and a link will be sent to your yahoo mail account to succesfully change the password on facebook.

Using the secret question or alternate email address provided by yahoo then change the password.

did you use the same password for your email and facebook accounts?
if so, there's no way you can get it back
