The other day a little kid, looked like he was 10 he was talking shit on Facebook randomly without knowing people. He did it to my sister. My sister told me she reported him as underage to Facebook. The link to his timeline no longer works. Did he get his account deleted?

May have been deleted or he may have disabled his own account. He could also have blocked your Sister, that would also make him invisible to your Sister.
