facebook doesnt have a phone number to call... because facebook doesnt have customers... they have users
customers pay for something, users use a website for free
if you dont pay for something, you dont get support
if your facebook account got deleted, that usually means you broke some rule that you werent aware of because you didnt read the terms of service you agreed to when you signed up
