Okay so..
If someone blocked me on facebook, and I then delete my account for a few weeks.
If they go to unblock me, am I still in their blocked list? or is my name not their anymore because I have deleted my facbook?..

It will be still there, but even if they unblock you when they click on your name nothing will appear,if it redirects them to your profile it will show an error page.

Once you delete your account, you are gone.
If you then open an account, the block does not exist because it was a block on the old account, not the current one.

You'll still be blocked, facebook still saves your profile, so when you reactivate your account it restores everything

You will still be on their blocked list even if you delete your facebook account.
Deactivating your facebook account doesn't necessarily mean that it is permanently deleted.

They won't know that you have deleted your account because they can't see you anyway since they blocked you. So if they decide to unblock you then they still won't see you because you have deactivated your account and they won't be able to click on your name to view your profile. You need to reactivate your account for them to view you again.
