Added me on fb and keeps asking to skype. i am female. she said she is from pakistan and keeps asjing about my culture and hobbies and is persistant in asking about skype. Theories? Most creative answer gets picked.

my guess is that once you agree to it, "her" camera will suddenly stop working, and you will eventually realize that you are actually skyping with a guy

Just tell her you don't accept friend requests from people you don't know and block her.
