Either that or he's just really creepy. I think he likes you though. Meet up with him in person, show him a picture and see if he gives you a thumbs up or says, "I like that". Then you'll know for sure.

either he's just a little creepy or maybe he just does it cause he really likes being friends with you or he likes you, you should really just simply ask him, that would be a lot easier than wondering
