so im starting a page for my YouTube on Facebook and i do anything and everything gaming related what category should i put my channel in

You can categorize it under Gaming or Entertainment.
Make sure you have permission to have the game play footage on your channel. Recently Nintendo has been claiming royalties on Let's Play videos on YouTube.
