I've deleted the app and re downloaded it, I've logged out, I've reset my iPad. I've done EVERYTHING. ALSO I've only followed 100 people soooo..l what's the problem. And I can't follow ANYBODY it's not that they blocked me.

Its Possible Instagram May Have Freezed you From Following anyone Either That or its a Error With the App Contact Instagram For Help
