I think my ex bf ex gf is snooping around on my facebook page but I'm not sure. I don't wanna change all of my settings just yet so needed to know if there is a way to see who has viewed your profile.

there is no way to see who views your profile, whether they are your friend or not

There is no way to know who views anyone's facebook profile, any app claims that there is a way is a virus or scam.

NO, nope, nada, naw....this question has been asked/answered a gazillion times.
Facebook doesn't let you track who views your timeline or your posts (ex: your photos). Third party apps also can't provide this functionality.
If you come across an app that claims to offer this ability, please report the app.
