I know this is a stupid question. I've never hacked anything. lol. I know it's wrong. I'm asking if downloading a hack on your phone
For a app could hurt your phone in any way?

if its a scam then yes.
by the way you mentioned that you never hacked anything so im pretty sure you dont know what hacking means. There are lots of software which claims to be hacking tools .most of them are fake. a real hacker know the difference.
