Well, I don't have it, but I wish I could. But this freaking Facebook says that I can't have it, cause I have too few friends (not even 100). I know, I'm not that social/popular/active on it, but I wish I would have Ticker to see news in real time (cause my news feed is updating very slow). So, why do they have this stupid policy? I just want a few friends, why do I have to make more to have this thing? It's stupid. Is there any way I could get it?
