Is there a way I can see what I recently viewed on facebook? like photos peoples profiles..? I'm trying to find this picture I viewed a few weeks ago.. and don't say something like go into your search history or press the back button because I'm on my friends laptop.. please help.

I have not seen this on Facebook as a feature and I would not recommend using apps that assist in this way. If you have a Google account, you can use Google chrome to keep track of history and what you have visited. It works through synchronization so you need chrome for it to work correctly. See source below for web history

Facebook does not have a feature that records what you have seen on other profiles
or what profiles you have looked at.
The only way you can do it is be Friends with that particular person.
As regards your History that all depends on what you call recently.
A few weeks ago highly unlikely because that all depends on how long your
History is stored for and how big the folder is set at.
The default is 7 days and the recommended size is 50 to 250 MB.
