Once you send a message the person will receive it regardless whether you blocked them straight away, the only thing is they cannot reply to you as you have them blocked.

yes, they will still be able to see it
not even deleting your own account can prevent them from seeing it - it's like email in that way

Yes they can read it bt your name won't appear. The receiver cannot reply you after you block them.

i dont think it even shows your picture
