I made a group on facebook, and the description that tells about the group is really outdated. Can i edit it somehow from an ipod touch?

I don't think you can edit it from the app. Try going into Facebook using your internet browser

Yes just refresh that page. If that doesn't work then just refresh a bit more. And if THAT doesn't work then you should use a different device for your editing
