My friend has an album which only her friends and people who are tagged in the photos friends can see. If I just "hide" some of the photos from the timeline, can my friends still see the photos I've hidden until I remove the tag completely?

They can in ur photos,if u don't like em just remove the tag,trust me just untag them if you don't want them

yes your friends can see that tagged on that photo
