I am in a large Facebook group and I need to post some information on an upcoming event on the page. It is an open group, (I checked) but it still will not allow me to post. Any ideas or suggestions?

Go under info in the group and see if it says join group. It might be that you see the group but have not actually joined. If not just contact the admin of the group and they normally can tell you if its something besides a facebook error. You can find the admin under members. It will say admin under the name
