Deleting instead of hiding on Facebook? - SomeGuy - 09-05-2013 03:50 AM

Does anybody know how to actually delete pictures instead of hiding pictures on Facebook? I want to delete pretty much all of my pictures including profile pictures, cover photos, and album pictures. I would appreciate it if anybody gave me some directions on how to delete these pictures permanently instead of just hiding them. I also would like to know how to delete pictures that are of me, but are on somebody else's profile where I am tagged/not tagged.

Can anybody also tell me if hiding is our only option for these kinds of things? If it is, I think I may leave Facebook permanently. (I would also appreciate directions on how to permanently delete my Facebook profile completely as well). I do not want all of my pictures to be saved on the Internet forever. For what purpose is this for? For Facebook to sell our personal information?

You can click on the picture and at the bottom will be some options, There it should ask if you want to delete the picture.
To permanently close your FB account, you'll go to your settings, and scroll down to where it asks you if you want to delete your account.
I assume you have all your privacy settings set to "just friends", that way the only people that can see your pictures are your friends, and there's also a button that will alert you if anyone has tagged a picture of you, so you can 'un-tag' it..
Hope this helps.
