IDK Maybe your on an old page and didn't realize it. Or maybe you got into that old section or Twitter. Selena Gomez and JB broke up so maybe its referring to her old disney chanel character " Alex Russo"

As from reading several tweets under the trend "Alex Russo" there doesn't seem to be an apparent reason as to why it was trending. A lot of fans are talking about how they miss Selena Gomez being on the Disney channel.
