So I liked a lot of groups and joined them but I don't how to just see my friends posts and not the stupid group ones? Is there anything on settings on my iPhone?

why did you like those pages in the first place if you didnt want to see their posts?

There is No Option For This you Can Only See Groups And Pages Posts All Togather No Way to Break it Down to Just Friends
