1.go to start menu u will find an app named run open that OR
press windos button(microsoft logo button)+r
2.u will c a little box write cmd and press enter.
3.then type ping facebook.com
then u will see a ip like 10.128.1.2.type that ip on the browser and bingo.

Free proxies are run by hackers and identity thieves. What you will get from a free proxy is not what you are expecting.
