So some doucebag chose to hack my fb account which is supposed to be so secure that you need to receive a text message with an access code to log in. Anyways, so this person also has a weird sense of humor and changed my birthday and also made it so I can't comment on a page's statuses/pictures. What do I do now LOL?

I don't think you can do anything since facebook only allows one account per family.
