You may have seen in facebook page post. The page admins make a link "continue reading" or "see more" by themselves. But when we click the link, we go to different URL. How they do this?? Please write full steps. I beg you all Experts.

they have created another page with the same "see more" or "continue reading" and simply tag the page in their posts
