If you add a Skype contact and connect your Skype through Facebook, can your contacts see/find your Facebook?
I added someone on Skype but I haven't added them on Facebook. Will they still be able to see my details and Facebook profile?

To be blunt: No
However they can see your overall friends through skype profile which is both skype and facebook included.

When you make a Skype account, there is an option that says ''log in Facebook'' , this creates your account through Facebook, if you select this option it will automatically sync your friends on to Skype (usually). But besides that no.
