Yes its A Scam There is No Way To Find Out Who Views Whos Profile on Facebook Facebook Does Not Allow Those Kind Of Apps Even Tho People Create them They Dont Work Because Facebook Does Not Allow Them to Pull that Kind of Information Up

there is no way to see who views your profile - there never has been and there never will be
any site that claims to be able to do it is just scamming you

Yes it is absolutely scam. There is no way of knowing who views anyone's facebook profile. Any app that claim there is a way is a scam or a virus. Don not click on any links associated with this.
