You know how when you send a message on Facebook chat, it shows the little check symbol when it's been seen and it shows the arrow when it hasn't yet been checked. My message sent but every time I look at it, it changes from the arrow to a check over and over? Did they recieve the message or not?

That happens to me, too. I think if you click on the message thread it will say "seen" if it's been seen. Otherwise, it hasn't been seen.
